NCCT PNS
Right frontal sinus, right ethmoidal air cells and right maxillary sinus are complety opacified by soft tissue density material with areas of hyperdensities seen within it S/O FUNGAL ACTIOLOGY.
LEFT frontal sinus, left ethmoidal air cells,left maxillary sinus and right sphenoid sinus are partially oacified by soft tisssus density with areas of hyperdensities within it .
left sphenoid sinus is clear .
