Paul asks…Help CT Scan Shows Polyp in Sphenoid Sinus?I have been having a lot of headaches behind my left eye for the past 3 years. I got a CT scan with and without contrast and this is what it said.

Images reviewed at bone windows demonstrate mild mucosal thickening in the posterior medial aspect of the left sphenoid sinus with a polypoid lesion. The mastoids and remaining visualized sinuses are normally aerated. The bony calvarium is normal. Impression: Mild paranasal sinus disease.

Apart from the findings of the kidney stones, the report read "The gall bladder is moderately distended. There are three polypoid mucosal thickenings of 4 to 7 mm.
