David asks…Why do I have a really bad head ache when i bend down and there is slight swelling?The pain i have in my head is just above my right eyebrow and is constant. Sandra asks…Ct scan shows right thyroid lobe enlarged and 2 nodules?I did a ct scan and shows right thyroid lobe is enlarged and contains two nodules 1.6cm.
Moderate opacification within paranasal sinuses.
What happens next?
Do i need surgery? How big does the nodules be to have surgery?Mary Wei answers:Your doctor may recommend getting a type of biopsy on the nodules where they stick a needle in to suck out some cells for the pathologist to look at under a microscope. It's uncomfortable
